Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare your order. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.
Email littlerainlabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions within 2 working days. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt to your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges for a different size or equal-value item are subject to availability.
Product Care
For Knitwear: Cold gentle machine wash with like colours. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry in the shade without delay. If required, gently pull the garment back into shape.
Do not bleach, wring or soak. We recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
Please note that tumble drying may cause slight shrinkage. Consider sizing up to allow for this.
For knitted items, pilling may occur with washing and normal wear. This may be more noticeable on darker-coloured items.
For Dungarees: To keep dungarees looking their best, we recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Do not tumble dry, lay flat or hang to dry. Iron on a low heat if needed.
